Are your products all natural?
Most of our products are made with all-natural ingredients, including plant oils, butters, waxes, and essential oils. A few select items use “clean” fragrance blends that are free from harsh chemicals and meet strict safety standards. Each item is clearly labeled so you always know exactly what you’re choosing.

Why do you focus on simple, clean ingredients?
Because I believe that what you put on your skin should be as pure and uncomplicated as possible. Clean, recognizable ingredients feel better, smell better, and support overall wellness without unnecessary additives. Using simple ingredients helps me create products that are gentle, honest, and safe.

Do you use preservatives?
Most of our products do not require preservatives because they’re made without water and use naturally stable ingredients like oils, butters, and waxes. For items that do include ingredients where extra safety is needed, we use only gentle, clean preservatives that meet strict safety standards. Every product is clearly labeled so you always know what’s inside.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Custom items may take a little longer because they’re made to order, but I’ll always note the processing time on the product page.

How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders typically take 3–5 business days to create before shipping. Larger quantities or special design requests may require a bit more time, but we’ll always let you know if your order needs extra processing.

Do you offer local pickup in Central Indiana?
Yes! Local pickup is available in Central Indiana. At checkout, simply choose the pickup option, and you’ll receive instructions once your order is ready.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. Currently, I ship within the United States only, but international shipping may be added in the future as the shop grows.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me right away with a photo of the issue. I’ll be happy to replace the item or offer a solution that makes it right. Your satisfaction means everything to me.

Why don’t you list the names of the nonprofits you support?
To respect each organization’s privacy and avoid implying any formal partnership or endorsement, we don’t publicly list nonprofit names. Instead, we share the types of causes we support so you can still see where your purchase is making an impact. We believe in giving quietly and generously, without expecting recognition or creating obligations for the organizations we donate to.
